Being the best beer company starts with finding the best people. While we have big brands, we have bigger opportunities as well. AB InBev India is looking to hire Manager-PPM Rewards & Transformation for its People team based out of Bangalore.

Primary Purpose of the role:

Partner with Key stakeholders and drive Planning and Performance Management, Target Setting and Rewards Philosophy of ABI for India and South East Asia.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities:

- Design and manage workforce blueprint, organization structures using org. design principles and people cost of XX Mn $

- Work with ISEA Leadership team to implement Target Setting and Appraisal Process in the organization in sync with global process

- Execute the Total Rewards strategy for the Business in India and South East Asia.

- Work towards the Annual Rewards review for India and South East Asia, including incentive (bonus) payment and merit review processes

- Work with Global team on Job Evaluation and various Global Projects in Rewards

- Benchmark reward structure with other like industries and execute the best practices

- Analyze data, create dashboards for recommendation of budget and blueprint breakdown for various cuts

- Design tools to record and manage performance of key processes and metrices in People Team. Act as PMO to lead projects for People Team

Education & Experience :

- 2 - 4 years of experience,

- Post graduation (MBA) in HR

Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes :

- Efficiency in MS Word, Excel, Office and PowerPoint skills

- Excellent verbal and written English communication

- Experience working within complex corporate environment

- Prior experience working with TM & Rewards

- The ability to adapt communication style depending on medium, audience & purpose

- Understands importance of confidentiality and where HR related matters could be sensitive.
