This position is ideal for a professional who would like to broaden their skills and bridge the gap between technical knowledge and senior management engagement, strategy and risk management.  Main Challenges :  - Analyzing risk related needs and requirements  - Seek new ways to do what has not been done before  - Bring potential bad news to auditees and senior management in a constructive way  - Manage relationship with audit co-source partner  - Lead (rather than functionally manage) audit colleagues and hierarchy towards continuous improvement  Framework :  Corporate Audit Charter, Corporate Audit Department management, Corporate (IT) Governance legislation and best practices, IIA standards, ERM, COBIT, Audit Certification, Company Codes  Key dimensions :  Audit department of approx. 80 staff, plus co-sourcing partner resources  Stakeholders :  VP Corporate Audit, Audit Directors & other Audit staff, country & zone management, corporate staff including up to CFO, external auditor(s), co-sourcing partner(s) internal audit.  Education :  - University degree - (ICT or business related)  - Professional training in a relevant business field, internal or external audit, preferably with professional designation (CISA, CGEIT, CISSP, CCSA, CA, CIA etc.)  - Knowledge of audit in IT governance, IT security policies and procedures, IT strategic planning, systems development, system access, change management, business continuity and project management  - Knowledgeable in general ICT application platforms (ecommerce, ERP, WMS, financial, HR, etc.)  - General understanding of Business Administration  Experience :  - Minimum 5 years IT, business and/or audit background and work experience.   - Experience in ICT (as opposed to only audit experience) is a strong asset. Suitable background experience would be primarily IT Security Architecture, Ecommerce, Data management, Cloud & Cyber Architect engineering as opposed to only IT Governance and IT General controls  - Experience in the functionality of SAP (Basis) and authorization control will be an added asset  - Experience in FMCG organisations  - Working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, ERP application modeling, Cloud computing, Infrastructure technology, Cyber/ Internet security and Data management (e.g. vulnerability management, incident and response, security monitoring, data protection, data classification)  - Show capabilities of managing co-source partner assignments  - Demonstrate an up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of the IT emerging trends, business and audit techniques  Essential competencies :  - Ability to organize work effectively, conceptualize and prioritize objectives and exercise independent professional judgment based on an understanding of broad organizational policies and objectives  - Excellent Interpersonal skills - multicultural openness  - Effective team player and able to work independently  - Self-motivator, capable of leading and motivating people  - Good communicator, both oral and written  - Ability to influence without any direct reporting relationship with attention to the collaborations with co-source partners  Quick learner - will need to able to constantly understand and analyze IT platforms and business processes never experienced before in a very efficient way   Frequent travelling (20-40% travelling) - High degree of flexibility and mobility is required
