- AB InBev India is looking to hire Associate Director - People Continuity for its People team based out of Bangalore.

Primary Purpose of the role : Partner with Key stakeholders and drive the Talent development & engagement Philosophy of ABI for India and South East Asia.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities :

- Develop and implement HR strategies and People Transformation initiatives aligned with the overall strategy

- Oversees 3 teams; Talent Mgmt. & Engagement, Talent Attraction, Learning & Culture.

- Manage People Cycle; Performance evaluation, Engagement, Competencies appraisal

- Manage recruitment and selection process

- Develop employer branding strategy and implementation

- Develop and implement D&I strategies and actions

- Support future and current business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation.

- Nurture a positive working environment by planning and executing engagement action plan

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

- Report to management (CPO & People VP) and provide decision support through HR metrics

Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes :

Education & Experience :

- 7 to 10 years of experience,

- Post-graduation (MBA) in HR

Personal Attributes :

- Proven people and project management skills. Can easily work in a matrixed organization.

- Innovative and independent thinker

- Ability to be flexible and navigate ambiguous situations

- Demonstrate positive initiative, leadership and comfort working in a fast-paced environment

- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal collaboration and team skills including working with cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical skills, performance, and metrics tracking.
