AB InBev India is looking to hire an Associate Director - Demand, Design & Delivery and Infrastructure for its Tech & Analytics function based out of Bangalore.
Primary Purpose of the role
The position will be responsible for managing the new and current business re-engineering process requirement study, Implementation of ERP, Business Intelligence and Business applications and embed business SOPs for Finance, Procurement, Supply, Logistics, Legal, Govt Affairs and People in relevant systems and ensuring that all business information needs of the organization are effectively implemented in a uniform manner.
The position holder is also responsible to play the role of Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Controls & Compliance operations across IT landscape. The key responsibilities are experience in data center, public and private cloud setup, good working experience in server and desktop virtualization, in depth understanding of Network Infrastructure and security.
Key Tasks & Accountabilities
1. Demand Management
- Responsible for meeting business process owners and ensure assessment study is completed as per project timelines.
- Responsible for developing functional requirement specification for the system as per the business requirements and hands over the same to development team.
2. Project Management
- Responsible for making project plans for new projects/systems and ensuring that the project is executed within budget allocated.
3. Operations
- Responsible for meeting business process owners and ensure relevant support is in place to run the BI landscape
- Has fair knowledge on IT infrastructure and BI support process of handling service requests (both technical and Functional). Ability to efficiently set and improve on process for service delivery team
4. Tool / Process Trainings
- Responsible for imparting training/ refresher training for BI
5. Service & Operation
- The position is responsible for defining and continuously supporting services within the network and cloud platform infrastructure services & virtualization including develop roadmap for relevant technologies and processes.
6. Enterprise Architecture
- Participate in relevant architecture reviews in network infrastructure / global hosting services, stay ahead on industry trends, assess new products/ technologies.
7. Compliance
- Collaborate closely with global peers and manage stakeholders, establish compliance documents.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
Education & Experience
- An engineering degree with minimum of 10 -15 years of experience including 7 years of functional experience with some of the following functions such as Finance, Procurement, Supply, Logistics, Legal, Govt Affairs and People.
- 5 years of experience working with ERP, Business process implementation, Automation, Data Management, Business Intelligence or Data Analytics and minimum +3 years in Networking, +3 Years in Azure, +3 years in Windows desktop imaging.
- Cloud technology, Network technology and ITIL knowledge
- Experience in Virtualization technologies and server technologies
- A good understanding of generic infrastructure related technologies.
- Hands on experience on administration, management and troubleshooting of VMware Horizon View.
- Good understanding of DNS, DHCP & basic networking concepts.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, skills in structured problem solving and analysis
- Financial and commercial acumen and ability to deliver insights with impact.
- Ability to work with a multi-disciplined team including supply chain, solutions, manufacturing, external vendors etc.
- Proficiency with multiple analytics and database tools
- Strong data visualization skills.
- Experienced in creating dashboard reporting in visualization tools
