AB InBev India is looking to hire an Assistant Manager - BBP for its Finance function based out of Bangalore.
Primary Purpose of the role
- Be a part of the team focused on tracking business performance, identifying monthly results, managing the business, providing visibility/insights, guaranteeing consistency of information available for decision making, planning, and target setting
- Be a credible, independent business partner to management
- Driving performance to ensure effective P&L and Balance Sheet management to deliver the entity targets
Key Tasks & Accountabilities
Planning - Annual Business Cycle:
- Assist in the development of the operating and financial plan (1year/3year/10year)
- Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan, and Modelling tools
- Management Reporting
- Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports
- Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports
- Work closely with the functional PPMs to develop the monthly forecasts for the P&L
- Support the team lead in building data models
Performance Measurement & Improvement:
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
- Suggest performance improvements by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies
- Assist to develop and automate financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
Special Projects:
- Support the analyses of new business cases to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations
- Support ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis requests from Senior Management
Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes :
Education & Experience :
- Commerce graduate (preferably CA)
- 0-2 years of professional experience
Skills & Knowledge :
- Proficient in advanced Excel
