Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's vision and business objectives.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure successful product development and launch.
User Experience Design:
- Champion user-centered design principles to ensure that our products are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with customer expectations.
Product Launch and Lifecycle Management:
- Lead the successful launch of new products, including developing go-to-market strategies, pricing, and positioning.
Performance Analysis:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze product performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Qualifications:.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the consumer goods industry, preferably in the food and beverage sector.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Passion for coffee and a deep understanding of the coffee market is highly desirable.
