Key Responsibilities:.

Campaign Development:


- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and in-store promotions, ensuring a cohesive strategy across all channels.

Content Creation:


- Develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, promotional materials, and in-store signage.

Social Media Management:


- Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.

Market Research:


- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences.

- Use insights to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

Event Coordination:


- Plan and execute events, product launches, and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and guest engagement in both online and offline settings.

Brand Consistency:


- Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with abCoffee's brand voice and guidelines.

Collaboration:


- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and product development, to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Performance Tracking:


- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.

- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Customer Engagement:


- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest loyalty and retention through personalized marketing efforts and loyalty programs.

Vendor Management:


- Coordinate with external vendors for print materials, event setups, and other offline marketing needs.

Local Partnerships:


- Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses and communities to drive brand visibility and local engagement.

Qualifications:.

- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 12 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
