Responsibilities:.
Online Marketing:.
- Develop and execute comprehensive online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and boost sales.
- Manage and optimize abCoffee's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. ), engaging with customers and building a strong online community.
- Create and execute engaging social media campaigns, including content creation, advertising, and influencer partnerships.
- Manage and analyze online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. ) to optimize performance and ROI.
- Develop and maintain abCoffee's website and ensure it is user-friendly and optimized for search engines.
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Offline Marketing:.
- Develop and implement offline marketing initiatives to support brand awareness and drive foot traffic to abCoffee stores.
- Collaborate with store managers to ensure consistent branding and marketing efforts at the local level.
- Manage public relations activities, including media outreach and press releases.
- Organize and participate in events and promotions to engage with customers and generate buzz.
- Develop and manage partnerships with local businesses and influencers.
Branding and Creatives:.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of abCoffee's brand identity and guidelines.
- Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing marketing materials, including print ads, flyers, and in-store signage.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Qualifications:.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in online marketing, including social media management, advertising, and content creation.
- Experience in offline marketing, such as public relations, event management, and local marketing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
