- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of business development professionals.
- Property Acquisition: Identify and evaluate potential commercial real estate properties for new abCoffee locations.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand local real estate trends and identify high-potential areas.
- Negotiations: Negotiate favorable lease terms and agreements with property owners and landlords.
- Site Evaluation: Conduct site visits to assess the suitability of properties, considering factors such as foot traffic, visibility, and accessibility.
- Due Diligence: Perform comprehensive due diligence on properties, including legal reviews, inspections, and regulatory compliance checks.
- Transaction Management: Oversee the entire transaction process from property identification to lease signing and handover.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless property acquisitions.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders in the commercial real estate market.
