Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Business Development at abCoffee.

- The Head of Business Development will be responsible for overall business development strategies.

- They will be involved in analytical tasks and will identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- The Head of Business Development will play a key role in growing abCoffee's presence and influence in the market.

Qualifications:

- Market Analysis & Strategy.

- Site Acquisition & Negotiation.

- 7-10 Years of experience in Business Development or Real Estate role, preferably within the retail or F&B industry.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Leadership and team management abilities.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
