Key Responsibilities:.

- Property Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential commercial real estate properties for new abCoffee locations.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand local real estate trends and identify high-potential areas.

- Negotiations: Negotiate lease terms and agreements with property owners and landlords to secure favorable terms for abCoffee.

- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess the suitability of properties for our coffee shops, considering factors such as foot traffic, visibility, and accessibility.

- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams, including operations, projects, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless property acquisitions.

- Due Diligence: Perform due diligence on properties, including reviewing legal documents, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with zoning and other regulations.

- Transaction Management: Manage the entire transaction process from property identification to lease signing and handover.

- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other stakeholders in the commercial real estate market.

Qualifications:.

Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in leasing, preferably in the F&B or retail sector.

- Proven track record of successfully opening new stores.

- Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets, trends, and compliances.

- Excellent communication, relationship management and negotiation skills.

- Strong analytical and research skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.

- Passion for coffee and the F&B industry is a plus.

- Should be okay with intercity travel.

- We are a 6 days working organization
