Aavas Financiers - Senior Manager - Insurance

What You'll Do:

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive insurance strategies aligned with company goals.

- Conduct in-depth risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential risks.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable insurance regulations and industry standards.

- Build and manage strong relationships with insurance carriers and brokers.

- Negotiate and secure optimal insurance coverage at competitive rates.

- Manage and oversee the insurance budget, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.

- Provide ongoing training and guidance to team members on insurance policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, underwriting) to optimize insurance processes.

- Analyze insurance data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the insurance industry landscape and emerging trends.

- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing insurance-related inquiries and concerns.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

- A Bachelor/ Masters degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a proven track record of success.

- Strong knowledge of insurance products (e.g. , property & casualty, life & health), regulations, and market trends.

- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- A valid driver's license (preferred
