What You'll Do

Strategic HR Leadership:

- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR management.

- Conduct HR audits to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Talent Management:

- Lead the recruitment process to attract, screen, and hire top talent for all open positions.

- Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience.

- Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance and support to managers.

- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

- Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive and engaged work culture.

- Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.

- Oversee employee training and development programs.

- Conduct employee surveys and take action on feedback to improve employee satisfaction.

- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.

Compliance & Administration:

- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

- Manage employee records and payroll systems.

- Oversee the administration of benefits programs.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have

- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience as an HR Manager or a related leadership role.

- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies.

- Strong understanding of all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and benefits.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels, executives, and external partners.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address HR challenges.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

- A proactive and results-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.

- Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., payroll systems, applicant tracking systems).
