Role Description: We are looking a motivated, creative and tech - savvy individual with a proven record of implementing innovation. This role will involve identifying implementable innovations in our different areas of operation leveraging technology. The role will lead senior and junior product managers and will report to Chief Technology Officer. The role demands ability to work with different stakeholders.
Experience: 10-12 Years
Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering/MBA from Grade A institute
Location - Jaipur
Desired Candidate Profile -
- Knowledge of FINTECH innovations.
- Product management expertise
- Prior experience in financial services domain will be beneficial
- Good tech product analytical skills, communication skills.
- Knowledge and prior experience in New Product Conceptualization, Product Innovation and Product Usage Analytics
- Knowledge and expertise of working with different stakeholders.
- Excellent product judgment : in-depth understanding of what makes a user experience good or bad, and strong intuition for what people want to do.
- Work ethic : Ability to work hard to keep your team as productive as possible.
- Extensive knowledge of the functionality and business application of any Banking product
- Strategic Thinker Detail Oriented Quick Learner
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading Innovation, partnership and Technology roadmaps. You will operationalize and structure processes to drive innovation and technology initiatives.
- Conceptualize innovation products/feature and re-engineering processes of different departments.
- Prepare and drive the product roadmap, strategy, features and vision.
- Co-ordinate with engineering team.
- Manage team of senior and junior product managers.
- Conduct regular research on emerging market trends in the digital and work with technology partners
- Evaluation and on boarding of digital solution vendors
- Technical knowledge and expertise related to the management of ideation platforms and systems
- Developing product development plan and monitoring the execution
- SPOC for various stakeholders like Business Development, internal and external stakeholders
- Engage with customers to understand marketplace, competitor platforms including technology
- Developing and performing product presentations and product demonstrations to the management.
