About Aavas:

Function/ Department: IT

Role Description: As a head Core banking solution, you will responsible for evaluating core banking product, finalise and implement it. Role shall lead efforts to collate requirements . build solution, communicate with stakeholder(s) for Core Banking Application(s) .

Experience: 10-12 Years

Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering/MBA

Location - Jaipur

- Good understanding of core banking solution available in market.

- Good understanding of core banking solution available in market.

- Good financial analytical skills, communication skills.

- Knowledge and expertise of working with different stakeholders.

- Excellent product judgment : in-depth understanding of what makes a user experience good or bad, and strong intuition for what people want to do.

- Work ethic : Ability to work hard to keep your team as productive as possible.

- Extensive knowledge of the functionality and business application of any Banking product

- Strategic Thinker Detail Oriented Quick Learner

Responsibilities:

- Defining and articulate aavas core banking requirements.

- Evaluate core banking product.

- Do fit gap analysis of product and recommend solution.

- Lead Implementation of core banking product in the organization

- Develop support framework for production core banking solution.

- Conceptualize innovation products/feature and reengineering processes of different departments.

- Prepare and drive the product vision, roadmap, strategy and functionalities.

- Develop solutions for projects application, data and infrastructure impacts along with testing and implementation considerations

- Developing pragmatic, feasible architectures, considering all functional as well as non-functional requirements (e.g. performance, capacity, accessibility, security, usability)

- Solution and design Core Banking application architecture that meets the functional requirement and non-functional requirement (e.g. resiliency, scalability, availability, etc). The solution shall also be aligned to Enterprise Architecture strategy

- Actively participle in all phases of the SDLC to ensure that architecture is implemented in accordance to the approved design, framework and software stack

- Ability to work with various focus team(s) such as development, infrastructure, business, etc to understand the requirement, current technologies landscape and develop a sound architecture.

- Lead senior and junior managers managing individual projects/work areas.
