Purpose of the Job:


- The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide comprehensive support in project and program management, ensuring seamless alignment and coordination among stakeholders, managing communications, and spearheading research initiatives.


- This role is pivotal in optimizing the CEO's capacity to lead the organization effectively, requiring a dynamic and experienced professional who can operate across various time zones and travel domestically as needed.

Core Competencies and Responsibilities:

Project Management Experience:

- Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resources and timelines are managed effectively to deliver on strategic objectives.

- Execution and Oversight: Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to address challenges and ensure successful outcomes.

Program Management Experience:

- Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders to advance project goals.

- Minutes of Meeting (MoM): Efficiently record, distribute, and ensure the implementation of action items from meetings, maintaining accountability and momentum.

Startup Experience:

- Agility and Innovation: Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, contributing to the development of new processes and systems that support rapid growth and change.

- Resourcefulness: Leverage limited resources creatively to maximize impact and efficiency within the organization.

Report Writing and Presentation Skills:

- Data Synthesis and Reporting: Compile, analyze, and report data to support decision-making processes; prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

- Communication: Clearly articulate findings and recommendations in written and oral formats, tailoring messaging to diverse audiences.

Research Skills:

- Investigative Research: Conduct comprehensive research on various topics to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

- Report Creation: Develop thorough reports based on research findings, presenting insights and actionable recommendations.

Flexibility Across Time Zones:

- Availability: Provide support across different time zones, accommodating global schedules and maximizing accessibility and responsiveness.

- Adaptability: Quickly adjust to changing priorities and schedules to meet the needs of the organization.

Domestic Travel Flexibility:

- Travel Preparedness: Willing and able to travel extensively with the CEO to support various domestic engagements.

- Logistical Management: Handle all travel logistics, ensuring that all trips are well-coordinated and efficient.- Minutes of Meeting (MoM): Efficiently record, distribute, and ensure the implementation of action items from meetings, maintaining accountability and momentum.

Experience:

- Proven Experience: At least 10 years of experience in executive support roles, with a strong preference for candidates who have thrived in leadership support within a startup environment.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with people at all levels.

- Proficient in MS Office, MS PowerPoint or Google Slides and familiar with project management software.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
