Sales & Marketing Manager (International)


Looking for someone:


Who has a strong experience in Chemical Sales and has had exposure to international markets (Middle East, South East Asia, Korea, Japan, Europe and USA. The experience in Chemical Sales is highly preferred of at least minimum of 8 years.


Job Description below:

1. Marketing and Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies for both new and existing additives catering to refinery and oil exploration applications.

2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct regular market research studies and data analysis. Continuously review changes in the market, consumer trends, and competitor activities, adjusting the marketing plan as necessary.

3. Customer Relations: Build and maintain superior customer relations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Customer Application Understanding: Understand customer applications and create product differentiation strategies that provide win-win solutions.

5. Price Negotiation: Negotiate to secure optimal product sales prices on a sustained basis.

- Sales Enablement: Provide the necessary tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively, setup new or upgrade the systems as necessary.

6. Product Portfolio Expansion: Scout for potential new products to add to the portfolio.

- Budget Management: Create and manage annual and quarterly sales and marketing budgets, ensuring effective implementation and adherence.

7. MIS: Record MIS, create and attend relevant exhibitions/ conferences, and contribute to overall development.
