HR Operations
- Employee lifecycle management: Exit formalities, F&F processing and documentation.
- Monthly Employee Mediclaim Addition Deletion input.
- Employee grievance redressal
- Execute disciplinary proceedings (DAP) as per the AIL guidelines and maintenance of records.
Factory Compliance
- Fulfill all statutory and regulatory requirements and factory and labour compliances related to one's function
- Organize, conduct and manage the statutory and regulatory audits
- Contract Labor Management & Compliance (weekly)
- Monthly complilance document collection of all the contractors for CMS (Monthly)
- Tracking of Labour license vs actual manpower strength of contractors and submit the deviation (Monthly)
- Track & share the off roll staff Over time & weekly off compliance & share the report fortnightly (Daily)
- Prepare & maintain the monthly Contractor Compliance tracker for each contractor to ensure contractor compliance updated (Monthly)
Payroll Management
- Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll input of the business unit
- Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration
- Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful i.e. Investments declaration, Tax Proof Submission.
- Ensuring Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations of income tax
- Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll
Talent Management & Employee Connect
- Keep updated JD's for all the job roles and get them validated as and when required.
- Ensure IDP schedule of PT/MT/LT
- Take exit interview for resigned employees.
- Ensure participation of employees in site based initiatives - townhall, Wellness Initiatives etc.
- Be part of the confirmation process of employees and record your inputs and observations.
- Conduct workshops for any initiative in change management.
- Address employee grievances.
- Implement central initiatives and ensure 100% coverage and participation.
- Implement a new initiative to enhance the usages of R&R platform.
Performance Management
- Give inputs during performance reviews of maintenance operatives
- Provide feedback on a regular basis to ensure timely guidance for optimum performance
- Execute PMS and provide relevant data to stakeholders."
Information Management
- Ensure the completion of Darwinbox Profiles of employees with 100% integrity.
- Capture and analyze the relevant data to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the systems.
Talent Acquisition
- Ensure 100% OTIF as per approved manpower structure
- Ensure deployment of manpower as per org structure
- Participate in Walk-in to close open positions for resp. division.
- Ensure smooth onboarding & Induction of Employee
