Experience: 8 to 10 years of operations management experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior role.

Age Group: 35 to 40 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.

- Drive operational efficiency and enhance productivity through process improvements.

- Achieve assigned KPIs and ensure team alignment with organizational goals.

- Manage and forecast budgeting for operational activities in line with financial objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of processes and systems.

- Strategic planning capabilities.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication abilities.
