About AESPL:

We are India's leading professional coaching provider (for IIT-JEE & Medical Entrance Examinations and Foundation Classes [class VIII, IX & X]) with a network of 100+ centers spread nationally. We have also recently launched some digital products (eLearning Portal, Mobile app, Tablet Based Learning Program etc.).

About the Role:

The incumbent will spearhead digital marketing for all the AESPL's products and services (digital as well as non-digital).

Responsibilities:

Creating digital marketing strategy and spearheading execution for:

- AESPL's digital products (including new launches)

- AESPL's flagship classroom programs

- Manage and own day-to-day digital marketing operations (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content etc.) with the help of in-house and external teams

- Deploy latest and cutting edge digital marketing practices to scale website traffic, leads and conversions

- Manage multiple vendors (for digital marketing, creative design etc.)

- Develop marketing collateral, brochures, promotional write-ups, promotional videos etc.

- Get creatives like banners etc. created

- Co-ordinate with offline marketing team to ensure a unified communication

Skills & Requirements:

- 5 to 12 years of experience in Technology and Digital Marketing

MUST HAVE : Experience of driving digital marketing for a leading:

- eCommerce portal

or

- Consumer online/mobile product

- Experience of scaling website traffic, leads and conversions through SEO & Digital marketing

- Hands on experience of the whole gamut of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Social media, SMS Marketing, Email Marketing, Affiliate marketing, Display Network etc.)

- Should be equally proficient in creating a high level strategy as well as creating a campaign in Facebook/Google

- Should have eye for details - e.g., should be able to review a graphics design and identify alignment/color consistency issues

- Should be a multi-tasker

- Should have adequate technical experience to manage landing pages etc.

- Should have strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Should be able to take decision driven by both data and qualitative information

- MBA from tier I/II Business School

- Good to have, but not mandatory:

- B.Tech/BE

- MBA

- Knowledge of UI/UX design

- Experience in marketing eLearning products (for K-12 or Engineering/Medical test prep segment)

Location: Dwarka, New Delhi (our Head Office)
