About the Role:

We are seeking bright & young minds for our investment team who aim to become impactful investment professionals. Our Investment Mandate allows us to have a multi-asset portfolio discipline with sector agnostic approach. Thus, you will find yourself working in both private-market & public-market investment strategies. Your work will include (but not limited to) following responsibilities:

1. Private company research, preparing investment memos, deal notes, conducting due diligence & assisting the management during various stages of a deal life cycle (Both the Pre & Post Investment phases).

2. Active contribution in deal-sourcing via different channels.

3. Equity & Credit research for our public market investments along with idea-generation & continuous tracking.

4. Assist management in taking portfolio decisions (Entry/Exit/Add/Reduce/Hold etc.).

5. Assist management in building & maintaining Portfolio Analytics, Attribution Analysis, asset allocation & risk management frameworks.

6. Work closely with Accounts teams to ensure proper reporting of Investment performance measuring.

7. Support our legal team during term sheet drafting to ensure correct representation of our commercial goals via different clauses & covenants.

8. Stay updated with the industry, market & macro trends through constant research & learning.

9. Collaborate with market players such as Industry experts, company management, sell side analysts, brokers etc.

10. Assist management through market study & industry research on different venture ideas.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

- Bachelor of Technology/Bachelor of Commerce (Honors)/Master of Business Administration from a premier institution.

- Proven experience in Investment roles.

- Progress towards CFA and/or CAIA charter.

- Data analysis skills in python and/or VBA.

- Exposure to Data-engines such as Bloomberg/Pitchbook/Tracxn/Reuters etc.

- Strong passion for investing & entrepreneurial mindset.

- Highly ethical, self-motivated & ambitious in nature.
