Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Head.

The Branch Head will be responsible for academic and operational management, strategic planning, team leadership, and business growth while ensuring student success and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Overall Branch Management: Oversee academic and operational functions to ensure smooth and efficient center operations.

- Revenue Growth & Business Development: Drive admissions, manage enrollments, and implement growth strategies to achieve business targets.

- Academic Excellence: Ensure high-quality teaching standards, student performance improvement, and curriculum execution.

- Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor faculty, counselors, and support staff to foster a high-performance culture.

- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to enhance student outcomes and center profitability.

- Customer Satisfaction & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with students, parents, and internal teams to drive engagement and satisfaction.

- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and timely reporting of performance metrics.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven leadership experience in the education or test-prep industry.

- Strong strategic planning, decision-making, and team management abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to drive results, meet targets, and optimize business performance.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
