aQB Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Accounts Manager(Business Expansion Manager) to lead our Project Management team. This role involves overseeing all project managers, ensuring seamless project delivery, and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities for business growth. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience, a strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of Project Managers, ensuring efficient execution of projects.

- Identify and implement cross-selling and upselling strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.

- Develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.

- Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Work closely with the sales, technical, and leadership teams to drive business expansion.

- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and quality service delivery.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and mentoring sessions for Project Managers.

- Provide insights and reports to senior management on project profitability, client engagement, and business growth.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in project management, account management, or business development.

- Strong background in IT, software development, or technology-driven industries.

- Proven experience in cross-selling and upselling services and solutions.

- Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing multiple projects and teams.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting, and business analytics.

- Ability to work in a hybrid model, reporting to the Kolkata office three days a week.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, IT, or related field.

- Certifications in PMP or Agile methodologies are a plus.

- Experience in managing enterprise-level projects and large client portfolios
