As AVP/ VP Business Solutions, your Responsibilities will be:
- Collaborate with customers (internal as well as external) to assess their business processes, identify outsourcing opportunities and define the associated roadmaps/business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive BPO solutions that address customer needs (both RFP and proactive pitch) including location strategy, delivery/ramp-up plan, support team plans, governance strategy, process optimization roadmap, technology integration and overall performance metrics management/plan.
- Coordinate and leverage cross functional teams to execute the defined BPO solution/project and manage overall governance.
- Serve as the point of contact for customers for providing solutions, providing regular updates, addressing concerns and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle and have win-win situation.
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the said delivered BPO solution and drive improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales to identify new opportunities for BPO services and support proposal development process.
- Deep domain understanding of Travel, Leisure, Collections, Telecom and Product support.
- Areas of specialization include Gap Analysis, Solution architect, Digital and Robotics led process transformation and transition support.
Qualifications:
- A versatile work experience of 16-18 years.
0 Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field is required.
- A master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Relevant certifications or training in project management, solution development, and process optimization are advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business processes, identify gaps, and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, internal teams, and senior executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
