What does the program look like?

Carlsberg India Management Trainee Program is an accelerated 24-month program where management graduates will gain exposure across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and HR.

Holistic view:

- You will be assigned to different pre-scheduled stint, short-term assignments and will be rotated within functions to get an in-depth understanding of our business operations.

- You will be equipped to suit the demands of the evolving & dynamic market through comprehensive on-the-job trainings and mentorship programs.

- Throughout the 2-year program you will be exposed to several of the key disciplines in Finance: Controllership, Planning & Analysis, Supply Chain Finance & Internal Audits.

Eligibility criteria:

Education: CA 2023

- Minimum 6.3 CGPA/60% throughout academic qualifications

- Participation in extra-curricular activities

- Less than 2 years pre-qualification work experience

- Fluency in written and spoken English

- Local citizens
