Job Summary:

To lead the team of Accounts & Finance; Manage Budget & Cashflow; Statutory compliance; MIS; to coordinate with the various departments for proper accounting, record keeping, Inventory control, credit control and finalization of accounts

Responsibility:

- Participate in financial strategy building

- Statutory Compliance

- Efficient Budget & Cashflow Management

- Timely submission of MIS; Manage investor relationships

- Effective Credit control & Internal control

- Build & Manage team for accounts & finance

- Liaison for Legal task

- Liaison for Secretarial task

Preferred Personality Profile:

- Through Knowledge of accounting up to finalization

- Adequate exposure to Accounting Standards and Tax Audit

- Proficiency in handling GST aspects

Analytical skills:

- Man Management / Inter-personal skills

- Independent and effective communication

- Hands on exposure with tally

Experience:

- Essential: Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity

- Preferred: 3 years of experience in Growth stage start-up

Qualification: CA or similar
