9.9 Group - Engagement Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

An Engagement Manager role at 9.9 offers you the opportunity to work on 1-2 higher education projects, depending on project complexity. You will be the primary lead on all assigned projects, and work with a team of 2-4 members depending on project scope. You will lead the delivery of project commitments across:

- Program management

- Infrastructure planning and development

- Financial and business planning

- Institutional governance

- Admissions & outreach

- Marketing & PR

- Career services

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an Engagement Manager, you will:

- Drive timely and high-quality delivery on all assigned projects.

- Project manage various workstreams of an engagement, monitor progress, and keep all stakeholders informed.

- Create internal expertise by seeking and curating institutional best practices from around the world.

- Create sharp documentation including reports, presentations, project plans and data projections to deliver on client requirements.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

You are a good fit for the role if you:

- Have worked for 6-8 years

- Have a demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels of a client organization.

- Have excellent business communication skills and an ability to create documents or presentations that are engaging and easy to read.

- Can conduct basic quantitative analysis and understand a P&L statement.

- Have an MBA from a top tier B-School.

LOCATION: This role is based in Mumbai. Consultants may be required to travel to client locations as per project needs.
