Role Overview:

- We are looking for an experienced Head of Pedagogy with a strong technical background in Math/Coding and expertise in curriculum & content creation.

- The ideal candidate will have experience in EdTech, publishing, or eLearning content development, with a preference for familiarity with the U.S. curriculum.

- This role will oversee curriculum development and pedagogy strategy for Math, Coding, English, and Public Speaking programs, ensuring high-quality content that enhances student engagement and learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Design & Development:

- Lead the design, structuring, and enhancement of curricula across Math, Coding, English, and Public Speaking programs.

- Ensure alignment with the U.S. K-12 education standards (Common Core, CSTA, NGSS, etc.

- Develop structured learning pathways with adaptive and engaging content.

Content Strategy & Innovation:

- Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality eLearning content, assessments, and instructional materials.

- Integrate innovative digital learning methodologies (gamification, interactive modules, AI-based assessments).

- Ensure age-appropriate and competency-based learning progression for students.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with Product, Tech, and Teaching teams to optimize content delivery.

- Provide guidance to instructors and curriculum designers to ensure pedagogical effectiveness.

- Collaborate with AI & adaptive learning platforms to personalize learning journeys.

Quality & Compliance:

- Maintain high pedagogical standards and best practices in instructional design.

- Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulatory requirements.

Training & Leadership:

- Lead and mentor the curriculum and content team to ensure consistent quality.

- Provide professional development for educators on best teaching methodologies.

Key Requirements:

Education & Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in curriculum development, pedagogy, and content creation.

- Strong technical background in Math and Coding (STEM/CS/Education-related field preferred).

- Prior experience in EdTech, publishing, or eLearning content development.

- Hands-on experience with the U.S. curriculum is highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and digital learning methodologies.

Skills & Competencies:

- Expertise in curriculum mapping, lesson planning, and assessment design.

- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), digital content creation tools, and AI-based adaptive learning platforms.

- Strong leadership, team management, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to innovate and drive engaging, competency-based learning experiences.
