As part of the HR department you will be the custodian of our culture and will be responsible for creating an environment which allows our team to maximize their potential and create an impact in what they truly believe in. About the position
At 91s HR, we think of ourselves as a service organization with other team members being our customers. As the HR Business Partner at 91s, you will lead multiple cross functional projects aimed at improving satisfaction levels of these customers. You will be required to think and strategize from their perspective, contextualize solutions so that they most accurately address their pain points and ensure the overall quality of service delivery. You will need to know enough about various aspects of HR to understand the solutions, but this is not a role that calls for subject matter expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects across HR - Talent Acquisition, People Operations and L&D in order to improve or create intelligent processes. For example, one of the projects that we are currently working on is on improving our hiring process for a particular role that we hire continually. This project involves looking at competencies, analyzing successful past hires, sourcing channels etc. to come up with a hiring strategy.
- Partner with business heads to understand their HR needs and suggest appropriate solutions for them
- Lead Talent Development initiatives - Competency Frameworks, Growth Paths, Succession Planning etc.
- Lead a few change initiatives - communication, measurement and corrections
- Provide ad-hoc support to various HR teams when required.
Skills & Behaviour Required :
- Manage without authority or a formal reporting relationship
- Very strong project management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- A Design Thinker
- Creative
- Prior exposure to Talent Management or Learning & Development will be an added advantage.
Year of Experience :
5+ years of experience, of which:
- 2+ years of experience as a HR Business Partner/ L&D Manager/ Talent Manager for a division/ organization of 100+ people
- 1+ years of experience as a Project Manager for HR/ Corporate Strategy/ Consulting projects
Education :
Required: Post Graduation in Business from an institute of repute
Good to Have: PHR certification/ Associate member of CIPD
