About the Company:
- We are creating an evolutionary sales platform, specifically designed to enable data-driven, high volume, and remote sales process.
- We offer sales as a service to fast-growing B2B SaaS companies in India and the US, which helps us to validate our sales philosophy and platform design
- Our founder is an IIT + IIM grad with a whole lot of startup experience behind him
- We are funded by some very prominent angel investors
Your responsibilities:
- Own and drive cross-functional projects across, strategy, product, operations, sales, etc.
- Design, develop and execute solutions to solve critical business problems
- Analyze operational data to identify issues and opportunities
- Handle multiple projects, distribute work, track and collate outputs, ensuring to delivery timelines
- Get hands-on with the sales process from time-to-time to develop a deeper understanding
Qualification -
- An Engineer/MBA from a premier institute (IIT, NIT, IIM)
- You love problem-solving and don't settle for any solution, but strive to find a better one
- You appreciate the big picture and also have attention to details
- You are willing to do the interesting as well as not so interesting work required to get desired - outcome
- Good oral/written communication skill
- Some amount of coding skills
