WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this role, you will get the rare opportunity of contributing to a complete consulting lifecycle from Business development to Negotiations, from Observation and Analytical research work to Strategic Proposals, and from Business Processes Design to Delivery.

Over the course of each project, you will gather and analyze information, formulate, and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations. You'll also present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members. You will not be restricted to specific functional views, rather be mentored to take a creative Management approach to problem-solving.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH:

You will work in teams of typically 3 - 7 consultants - each of them ex - CXOs/Board members with a minimum of 20+ years of domain experience. In the process, you will be exposed to a sizable multi-industry/geography context and diverse management styles.

You will have the opportunity to work with global clients across private, public, and social sectors. Our action consulting approach will also allow you to have client immersion by traveling to global business sites.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. MBA/PGDM + 0-5 years (s) of work experience:

2. Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations; taking projects with a mindset of finding solutions that are both disruptive as well as practical
