We are hiring qualified & experienced candidates for our Technical Presales and Production Management Team, who have sound knowledge of the Telecommunication industry, a good understanding of the Telecom BSS space.

Experience:

- Overall experience of 5-9 years.

- 5+ years of experience in the Telecom BSS Domain

- 3+ Years of Business Analysis/Consulting/Delivery experience

- 2+ Years of Solution Architecture/Business Consulting experience

- Work Experience in areas related to Cloud and Digital Transformation

Skills:

- Extensive experience in dealing with highly technical issues and demonstrated ability to draft effective solutions to business problems / opportunities.

- Must have a good understanding of Telecom BSS stack and the supporting subsystems.

- Should have a good understanding of TMForum TAM and eTOM capabilities.

- Should have good understanding of Telecom business processes in the customer and service layers

- Good understanding of BSS stack not limited to CRM, Billing & Invoicing, Product Catalogue, Order Management, Subscription Management

Should have hands-on experience in

- RFP/RFx analysis and response

- Writing Technical Solution document/Business proposals

- Estimation and Solution Design activities

- Technical presentations.

- Preparation of BoR/BoQ

- Experience in Cloud, SAAS, Digital Transformation

- Work Experience in Solution Architecture, Portfolio Management

- Has previously worked on at least 90% of the Essential KRAs defined above

- Able to take up increasing levels of responsibility

- Willing for international travel on a long / short term basis

Job Responsibilities

- Perform RFP/RFx Analysis and Response end-to-end management

- Translate solution requirements to individual Product requirements

- Technical Solution Proposal ownership

- Work with cross-functional teams to architect solutions for different customers.

- Market Research and Product Management.
