This platform has to be self-serviced, highly reliable, scalable, and built for the future. We follow and adapt new technologies and our work includes challenges in the areas of security, geo-location, payments, scalability, and architecture. We are looking for a passionate and driven Technical Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience in hiring for engineering and product management roles. This role offers an exciting opportunity to own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while collaborating closely with key stakeholders. In addition to technical recruitment, the candidate will contribute to broader talent acquisition programs such as campus recruitment, employer branding, and employee engagement & benefits, fostering a positive culture within engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment for technical roles, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.

- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.

- Source, screen, and assess candidates through innovative methods.

- Drive a seamless candidate experience through effective communication and process management.

- Support TA initiatives, including campus recruitment, branding, and engagement programs.

- Contribute to creating a positive and collaborative culture within the engineering teams.

- Solve recruitment-related problems with strong analytical and decision-making skills.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in recruiting for engineering and product management roles.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Enthusiasm to learn, take on new challenges, and adapt to evolving business needs.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
