We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Executive with a strong sense of ownership and a metrics-focused mindset. This role demands expertise in B2B or SaaS sales and a confident ability to conduct in-person presentations for clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of technology and solutions, be skilled in online lead generation techniques, and demonstrate the ability to independently generate leads. Experience working with large enterprises or real estate clients is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end business development, from generating leads to deal closure, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Deliver engaging, in-person presentations tailored to client needs, with a confident and adaptable approach.
- Utilize online lead generation tools and techniques to identify and qualify new business opportunities independently.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making and consistent growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to provide consultative sales support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client solutions with business offerings and objectives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B or SaaS sales.
- Proven track record in lead generation, with proficiency in using online tools to drive new business.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to connect with clients and deliver compelling solutions.
- Numbers-driven, with an analytical mindset and focus on achieving sales targets.
- High ownership mentality and proactive approach to new challenges.
- Experience with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
Good to have:
- Background in working with enterprise or real estate clients is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry-specific sales strategies to optimize client engagement.
