56 currently looking for an expert product leader to scale our platforms. As part of the product management team, you will work on numerous features, both on the mobile & enterprise product charter. Working with early stage startups, the objective of this role is to define & drive new features, partner integrations and scale customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research, analyse customer needs, and identify market trends to inform the product's direction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the product strategy with business goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for various stakeholders, including engineering, marketing & executive leadership.
- Oversee the product development lifecycle.
- Work closely with engineering teams to define product requirements, guide development, and conduct thorough product testing.
- Make strategic decisions about resource allocation and trade-offs.
- Collaborate & work closely with the design team to share requirements of the product roadmap, ensuring the user experience aligns with the intended vision.
- Utilise data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product enhancements and updates.
- Use metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success of the product.
- Monitor product adoption rates, collect user feedback, and iterate on the product based on market response
- Contribute to hiring and building a strong product management team.
- Drive launches with product marketing through blog posts, release notes, webinars
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management
- Well-versed in gathering and analysing customer insights, defining product requirements, and creating product roadmaps.
- Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience developing/launching products/technologies within one or more of the following: Cloud, SaaS, enterprise, Mobile & Web
- Experience in designing AB testing process: form and validate data-driven hypotheses for accelerating member acquisition and revenue.
- In-depth understanding of B2C customers, internal users, integrations, systems, APIs, pricing, marketing tools, and channels
- Hands-on experience of working on contemporary tools in Analytics, CLM, and agile.
- Engineering + MBA from Tier 1 institute preferred
