JD for Financial Reporting


- The professional will be expected to lead as well as directly support, develop, document, and review assigned Projects that the FAST team leads. DTTL Finance supports both global organization as well as its member firms with financial reporting, analysis and related strategic projects. The individual will perform detailed analysis of the project deliverables, create project plans that are Specific, Measurable, Timebound and work with the team for a successful implementation.


- The role requires the capability to effectively communicate across levels in the firm and across the network and to drive projects that could involve diverse teams across the network. The successful candidate must be highly organized with a keen eye for detail and be able to quickly respond to leadership ad hoc requests.


- Subject matter expertise in the R2R, Financial reporting, Asset accounting and Treasury processes with understanding of how these operate in SAP environment


- Capability to drive SAP implementation to SAP HANA


- Managing and leading a team in delivering an end-to-end S/4 HANA or ECC Project transformation in the above business process areas.


- Consistent record of successfully delivering finance projects on time, working with various internal and external teams


- Lead the efforts on current process vs new process to identify the scope of changes by working with the business teams and technical implementation strategy


- Ability to provide solutions on managing the out-of-scope areas in the new processes handling


- Provide technical delivery of functionality to meet defined business requirements Experience on SAP


- Mentoring & coaching juniors effectively including their performance management.


- Lead/Participate in the larger finance team activities/initiatives.


- Communicate effectively with clients, management and team members. Also presents and discusses work results clearly. Assist when required on ad hoc deliverables.


- Work with Senior manager to drive and lead the any initiatives and/or changes for all the teams across finance


- Reporting performance improvements and initiatives as defined by DTTL Finance leadership.


- Assists in creation and maintenance of project support materials, such as project plans, tracking documents, meeting notes, and status reports.


- Provide value addition and act as a change agent to bring in efficiency and enhancements.


- Ability to work in a virtual environment in a global organization and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment


- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced complex environment with a self-motivated work ethic


- Client-facing environment experience is a definite plus


- Good understanding of financial and operational metrics/KPIs (key performance indicators) used by professional services firms and strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.


- Self-motivated, innovative, and strong team player.


- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a dynamic team environment and perform independently


- Strong and concise verbal and written communication. Must be able to effectively communicate across levels


- Capability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects running concurrently

- Ability to build positive relationships and credibility with stakeholders


- Outstanding research, analytical, and quantitative aptitude, as well as advanced attention to detail, are required for success in this role.


Job Description :


Qualifications :


- About 10 years of experience in R2R, Financial accounting, Fixed assets accounting, and treasury accounting operations with Technology systems supporting these activities, preferably in MNC, or global organizations


- Bachelors/PG degree in finance and accounting


- Minimum 7 plus years of hands-on SAP experience in SAP FICO including estimating, planning, and delivering solutions


- End-to-end SAP implementations as a lead


- Running at least one S/4 HANA implementation will be a definitive advantage


- SAP certification in Finance will be a plus


- Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Technical Solution Design. Hands-on Experience on FI CO implementation and Upgrade project


- Strong design, migration and configuration experience in SAP FI CO


- Proficient, or have ability to become proficient quickly, with DTTL financial systems (SAP ECC, HANA, and other as needed)
