- As a Vice President / Senior Vice President - Account Management You'll be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our key clients, fostering ongoing, high-impact relationships.
- While driving client retention and account growth is paramount, you'll also spearhead new business pitches, bringing your leadership and vision to the table.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as their primary agency contact and strategic advisor.
- Deeply understand each client's brand, target audience, and business objectives across digital and traditional channels.
- Bring an integrated approach to account management as the client's brand custodian.
- Overseeing all marketing requirements to offer holistic solutions across the digital / ATL / BTL / films domains
- Collaborate with internal teams (Art, Copy, Account Planners etc. ) to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and achieving client goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to clients to optimize results.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving revenue growth from existing clients by proposing comprehensive digital and mainline solutions.
- Carefully manage client budgets, making sure resources are used wisely to deliver campaigns that are successful and stay within budget.
- Delegate tasks and manage workflow to ensure efficient and effective team performance across digital and mainline projects.
Leading and mentoring a team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven 12-15 years of experience in client services or account management with a good 6-7 years in an advertising agency,
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
