Job Role: Marketing Product Manager
Job Description:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you are responsible for adding - fuel to the fire- by getting more and more customers to experience the benefits of what our products have to offer. In this role, you will not be doing demos or product presentations. Your role is to understand the market, products and the competitive landscape and then develop and execute a marketing strategy to successfully evangelize and promote the product.
You would need to have a clear understanding of the target market and mindset of our customer base, find out how they think, what influences them and come up with perfect messaging and then deliver it through the content on the website, blogs, social media or plain old email campaigns.
You will work closely with multiple departments, including sales, engineering and customer success teams.
- Understand the customers mindset and their buying process.
- Understand the competitive landscape.
- Create content for Content Marketing - Increase in Inbound Leads.
- Write messaging that influences our target customer base.
- Develop a marketing plan with clear goals.
- Track the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Evangelize and establish thought leadership by participating at various events as a speaker.

Requirements:
- Sound product marketing experience.
- Proficient in productivity applications.
- Familiar with marketing automation tools such as Google Analytics, SEM Rush, etc.
- Power user of social media tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is - or isn- t- working.
- Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer.
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.
- Team player.
