3RDFlix - Program Manager - IIT/NIT/IIIT

3RDFlix is a 5-year-old well-funded Edtech company working with next-generation technologies, such as Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, etc., to make education more immersive and widely accessible. We are currently the largest in the B2B education space in India and are poised to take over the International markets within the next year or so. We are gearing to launch a B2C channel in the next few months to double our user base. We have nearly 300 employees in India and are snowballing.

We have some of the best and marquee venture capital investors on board who are supporting us through this growth, thereby enabling us to compete head-on with the biggest Edtech companies. As our organization embarks on the next phase of growth, we are looking to ramp up new product lines and looking for the next superstar to take the entire vertical and lead it to growth.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for some who leads operations of the entire Program of live classes for 6-12th grade students. This involves someone actively planning the live class schedule, monitoring the live performance of students, teachers, checking the delivery, and optimizing the operational issues to make sure the students are able to attend the live classes. An ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 7 years of overall experience, with at least 1 year in managing entire program operations.

He would have an undergraduate from IIT/NIT/IIIT or any other good institute (MBA optional) with the following qualities:

- Understanding of live classes

- Dynamic personality

- Ability to handling people

- Ability to identify mistakes and learn from them

- Ability to handle heated discussions, and challenge status quo (you will see a lot of these)

- Problem solver with an analytical mindset

- Operational lead
