Senior Finance Controller

Requirements:

- Minimum of 18+ years of relevant experience in financial management, with a focus on listed entities and subsidiaries.

- Proven experience in managing Finance & Accounting operations, subsidiary financials, and audit processes.

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

- Mumbai-based candidates preferred.

Job Profile/Description:

- Responsible for day-to-day cash flow management.

- Overseeing Accounts payables and ensuring timely payments.

- Overseeing Accounts Receivables, ensuring timely Invoicing and collections.

- Working Capital Management.

- Overall supervision of the Finance and Accounts department and preparation of monthly management Accounts for all the companies and financial analysis for the same including conclusion of all the statutory Audit requirements.

- Preparing and presenting the weekly P&L report to the CFO.

- Reviewing and presenting the weekly dashboard report to the CFO showcasing the key financial and operational metrics.

- Department cost analysis on actual and budgets.

- Working with department heads for their respective budget preparations and tracking Actual Vs. Budgets.

- Department P&L reviews with the department controller.

- Preparing consolidated Quarterly results and Annual Accounts for the SEBI registered legal entity for submission to the exchanges.

- Compiling the Annual Report for the Group.

- Preparing presentations for senior management and Board of Directors with analysis to assist in corporate decision making.

- Should be having experience on Books Closure, Audit Handling, AP/AR, and Revenue Assurance.
