Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and requirements and provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales process.

- Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers and prospects.

- Collaborate with the product team to ensure that solutions are aligned with the product roadmap and technical capabilities.

- Participate in customer meetings, answering technical questions and providing guidance on solution design and implementation.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, data models, and integration guides.

- Provide technical support and guidance to customers during the implementation and deployment of solutions.
