- 15/ 20 years of Direct Sales experience in Hunting (IT Services organisations)
- Must have been a Sales Leader for at least the past 5/ 6 years
- Very conversant with the Indian BFSI space and well connected therein
- Must have multiple account opening experience and strong customer relationship that the person will come with.
- Ideally should have experience selling multiple lines of business like ADMS, IMS, PS, BPO, Consulting
- Must have led a team of Sales people
- Should be aware of some parts of Banking and Insurance business to be able to sell solutions
- Must have experience in selling solutions and services (but not a product sales person)
- Must be of entrepreneurial mindset and capability to drive the India BFSI business to a new orbit
- # target will start from 7.5M or so and will go up fast.
