- Candidate must have experience in contractual staffing.
- Experience: 15 + years of experience out of which at least 2-3 years managing center of excellence / or central delivery team in the recruitment of any leading staffing firm.
- Ideally, he/she should have a mix of experience managing IT and non-IT roles in his/her career a rounded skill set.
- He / She should have earlier worked as an individual performer and then grown as a Team Manager.
- Excellent team management skills.
- He / She should have hands-on experience in handling client directly / internal SPOCs / business excellent interpersonal relationship skills and account management skills.
- Have at least managed a team of 20 to 40 recruiters & couple of team managers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The candidate should have a past record of exceptional performance, target driven (should have achieved their respective targets) and should have managed a P&L.
- Prior business development experience will be an advantage.
- Candidate must be from Similar Industries and involved in the similar role, without which we cannot process the candidature.
- Should have worked on multiple GEO's
