Business development manager role
- 2-4 yrs of selling experience in B2B tech companies

- job involves following up with clients to progress leads (generated by inside sales team) till closure.

- Responsible for identifying and cultivating potential clients, researching target markets, and establishing good business relationships with clients through regular contact.
- The ideal applicant should have a consistent work history of IT expertise, a track record of effectively creating sales funnels and account strategies.
- Strong consulting and client relationship management skills.
- Must be able to use current contacts to generate new business, create customer rapport, and cultivate long-term partnerships and referrals.
- Identifying and pursuing prospective clients, analyzing target markets, and establishing good business connections with clients through ongoing communication.
- Must have outstanding communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a strong work ethic. A "Hunter Mentality" with a desire to assist people find fantastic positions is required, as is the ability to operate individually or as part of a team.
- You are motivated, adaptive, and can work with little supervision. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is necessary, as is outstanding analytical, organizational, and time management abilities. A bachelor's degree in technical disciplines, sales, marketing, or business is recommended.
