Business Growth Specialist (Sales)

Job Description :

Business Growth Specialist will help the company grow and expand by acquiring new customers. They act like support systems to higher business Directors in promoting sales and helping the company grow business in the respective regions. Business Growth specialists will be working on ground sales, strategy building, and financial models and closing deals with schools and colleges. They conduct intensive research regarding channel development, product development and product distribution.

Who are we looking for :

- A minimum experience of 3-6 years in the Education Industry having worked in parallel companies

- Generating leads around schools and colleges

- Strong communication skills and personality

- Comfortable to travel in city and the neighboring states

- Self-motivated and willing to work hard to exceed targets

- Analytical mindset and data driven decision making mentality

- Awareness of different social media profiles digging and online research

- We need people who work hard and thrive to achieve their goals

Compensation and Perks :

- Fixed Salary: 5 LPA

- Travel Expenses (Upto Rs. 5000 per month): Rs. 60,000 P.A.

- Incentive: 2.4 LPA (if minimum targets are achieved)
