Business Intelligence Role

- Strategize & provide inputs to CEO for taking overall business decisions across Sales, Logistics, Finance, Project related Human Resources, & IT.

- Strategy planning & execution to in line with company goals.

- Providing advice on financial & business matters impacting on the company as a whole.

- Preparation, recommendation and maintaining a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance, HR, Operations and Marketing Department activities.

- Need to support in certain reactive decision making by proactively suggesting, formulating and implementing CEO Dashboard.

- Will work closely with MD, CEO to prepare feasibility, budgets, forecasting and performance evaluation of projects.

- Need to successfully manage the key initiatives sponsored by the CEO to improve Sales effectiveness & sales process compliance.

- Deal with multiple stakeholders within the company collate and manage MIS, presentations and business analysis.

- The individual should have great interpersonal skills and should be able to work on tight deadlines.

- Coordinating the month-end review and PAN India review preparing the presentations.

- Acting as a bridge between the Director and the Senior Management and also serving as a point of contact amongst the members of the Corporate and the members of Companies /projects / departments.

- Finalizing the process flow for various processes and documenting the same.

- Coordination the cost reduction initiative/ budgeting process across the organizations.

- Monitoring production planning activities with Method study & work measurement.
