As an Account Manager, you will be a key player in our dynamic team, responsible for managing and growing client relationships in the US, UK, and Australia markets. Your role will involve leveraging Salesforce expertise, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to drive sales, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients in the designated markets.

- Understand client needs and align solutions to drive customer satisfaction.

Salesforce Expertise:

- Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities.

- Utilize Salesforce tools to enhance customer interactions and streamline processes.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

- Drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.

Strategic Account Planning:

- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve business objectives.

- Identify key accounts and tailor solutions for account expansion.

Communication Skills:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Upselling and Cross-Selling:

- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services.

- Implement cross-selling strategies to meet and exceed targets.

Problem Resolution:

- Address client concerns promptly and ensure timely issue resolution.

- Proactively identify challenges and work towards effective solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an Account Manager with a focus on international markets.

- Salesforce experience is a must.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability in sales, upselling, and cross-selling.

- Proactive approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.
