We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of technology. In this role you'll be responsible for identifying customer pain points & demands in an offline mall-like setup to improve the overall experience using technology. You will be generating product ideas and roadmaps to digitize the entire campus and closely work with customers, on-ground operation teams, development teams and top management.
As an ideal candidate, you will have a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and the innovative mindset to fill them. You're a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of product production - from conception through release. You may already be a confident leader who has experience guiding cross-functional teams in the successful creation of products that improve consumer experience and grow market share.

Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Product Design, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a product development or management role.
- Proven product development ability.
- Technical background with experience working with software development teams.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication. Exceptional leadership skills.
