People Operations Manager

As the People Operations Manager, you will be responsible for helping to find, develop, motivate and retain the team (Corporate and Blue Collar) at 32nd. You will act as a champion for driving the company values and culture throughout the organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for all human resources related activities from driving recruitment of the best talent, coaching on team leadership, helping to resolve employee relations issues to managing programs that help develop staff. You will be instrumental in building 32nd, a great place to work.

Responsibilities :

1. Implementing human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, joining and onboarding, compensation, training and development, records management, succession planning, employee relations and retention and compliance.

2. Partner with HODs & Managers below them to drive and support performance management for business success.

3. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and single-handedly managing all the related submissions

4. Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates for various departments like: security, housekeeping, maintenance, horticulture, etc.

5. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace and enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly

6. Organizing team building activities

Knowledge, Skill and Experience Requirements :

1. Seeking a strong HR Professional with 6-10 years of experience in HR roles

2. Working knowledge of the critical components of a successful HR department including employment law, performance management, resolving conflict, having difficult conversations, employee engagement, training, maintaining employee files, and managing operational budgets for corporate and blue collar teams.

3. Well-developed writing and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly across all levels of an organization.

4. Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities

5. Knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems
