What You Will Be Doing:
1. F&B and Retail Brand Strategy & Campaign Development:
- Develop F&B and Retail Marketing Strategy: Lead the development of targeted marketing strategies for each F&B IP and Retail offering, ensuring campaigns reflect 32ND's premium lifestyle positioning and cater to the unique aspects of each brand.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, in-store, events, app) to drive foot traffic, online engagement, and sales for F&B and Retail brands.
- Ensure each campaign aligns with the overall brand strategy and seasonal promotions.
Marketing Calendar Ownership:
- Build, manage, and update a detailed marketing calendar for all F&B and Retail marketing activities, ensuring timely execution of campaigns, launches, and events.
- Follow through the IP development process from concept to execution working closely with different departments, F&B, operations etc.
- Coordination with Social Media Manager
Campaign Coordination:
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager to ensure that all F&B and Retail marketing campaigns are reflected in the social media content strategy.
- Provide campaign direction, key messaging, and timelines while ensuring social media content is aligned with overall marketing objectives.
Content Development Collaboration:
- While the Social Media Manager will handle content posting, collaborate on the development of engaging content for promotions, events, and activations, ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and brand messaging across platforms.
- Digital & Social Media Marketing
Digital Marketing for F&B and Retail:
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to create and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads), focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and driving conversions (reservations, orders, and retail sales).
- Delivery Platform Performance & Optimization (F&B)
Optimize Listings on Delivery Platforms:
- Oversee the F&B brands' presence on delivery platforms like Zomato and Swiggy, ensuring that menus, promotions, and visuals are optimized to maximize visibility and sales.
Performance Monitoring:
- Regularly review performance metrics from delivery platforms and collaborate with the operations team to improve ratings, reviews, and order volumes.
On-Site Marketing & Customer Experience (F&B and Retail):
- In-Restaurant and In-Store Promotions
- Plan and promote in-restaurant and in-store events, offers, and activations to enhance the customer experience, drive foot traffic, and increase sales.
Menu and Product Branding:
- Ensure that all menus, signage, and product displays reflect the premium quality and identity of the F&B and Retail brands, working closely with the Creative Directors and Design team.
Customer Experience Enhancements:
- Collaborate with the operations and customer experience teams to design and implement initiatives that elevate the overall in-store and dining experience, such as tastings, exclusive offers, and customer loyalty programs.
Events & Activations (F&B and Retail):
Plan and Execute Events
- Lead the planning and execution of branded events for both F&B and Retail, such as pop-ups, exclusive tastings, launch events, and seasonal activations, ensuring they attract media attention and drive customer engagement.
Retail Product Launches:
- Develop and execute marketing plans for new product launches in Retail, including in-store events, showcases, and online campaigns to maximize visibility and sales.
Collaborations & Partnerships:
- Identify and manage co-branded activations with complementary brands or partners to enhance both F&B and Retail brand positioning.
Public Relations & Media Outreach (F&B and Retail):
- F&B and Retail PR Strategy
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and external PR agencies to create and execute a strong PR strategy for both F&B and Retail, ensuring consistent media coverage and visibility in key outlets.
Media Relations:
- Develop relationships with key media, influencers, and bloggers in the F&B, retail, and lifestyle sectors, securing coverage for product launches, events, and brand stories.
Press Materials:
- Lead the creation of press materials, including press releases, brand stories, and media kits, ensuring they are aligned with 32ND's premium positioning and communicated effectively.
Performance Analytics & Reporting:
- Track Campaign Performance
- Regularly analyze the performance of F&B and Retail marketing campaigns, tracking key metrics such as sales, customer engagement, ROI, and foot traffic.
- Use insights to optimize future campaigns and initiatives.
Customer Feedback & Insights:
- Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback from online reviews (e.g., delivery platforms), in-store surveys, and social media, using insights to improve marketing efforts and overall customer satisfaction.
PR and Event Impact:
- Measure the success of PR efforts and events based on media coverage, event attendance
What You Bring to the Table:
- F&B and Retail Marketing Expertise: 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on food & beverage, retail, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
- Campaign Management: Proven experience in planning and executing successful F&B and Retail marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, and in-store channels.
- Strong Organizational and Project Management Skills: Ability to build, manage, and follow a detailed marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of all F&B and Retail marketing activities.
- Collaborative Team Player: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, PR, social media) to ensure seamless campaign coordination and execution.
